Open the app and click on "Add or activate mobile" at the bottom of the screen. Than choose "Order a SIM card" or "Activate a SIM card".

Complete your (legally required) personal details. You can do so manually or, if you have a Belgian identity card, conveniently via itsme.
Registration successful? If you have chosen an eSIM, you can activate it directly in the app. Have you ordered a physical SIM card? You will receive a confirmation mail, and the next working day we will send your SIM card via the post at no charge. Then you can easily activate your SIM card in the My BASE app or at base.be.
